Improve the ergonomics of your headset with counterweights, third-party straps, and facial interface upgrades.
Many out-of-the-box VR headsets can be improved with a few key comfort modifications. Upgrading to a third-party "halo" or "elite-style" strap can significantly improve weight distribution and reduce pressure on your face. Adding a counterweight to the back of the strap can help balance a front-heavy headset, making it feel much lighter during long sessions. Additionally, replacing the standard foam facial interface with a breathable, wipeable leather or silicone version can improve hygiene and comfort. Small changes like adding a top strap pad or specialized lens inserts can make your VR experience much more enjoyable and allow you to stay immersed for longer.
