Overcoming VR Motion Sickness
Motion sickness in VR occurs when your brain receives conflicting signals: your eyes see movement, but your body feels stationary. This is very common for new users, but most people can build up their 'VR legs' over time. Start with 'Comfortable' rated games that use teleportation rather than smooth joystick movement. As soon as you feel even slightly nauseous, stop playing immediately and take a break. Never try to 'push through' the sickness, as it will only make it worse. Using a fan to blow cool air on you while you play can also help. Ginger-based snacks or wristbands can also be effective for some users. With consistency and patience, your brain will adapt to the experience.
